Forgotten User Name
Your user name is normally your first name and last name, separated by an underscore. For example phemnet_demo.
Forgotten Password
If you forget your password there are several ways to reset it.
Reset Password via Email
If you have an email address associated with your account then you can use the reset password button on the login screen.
1. Enter your username as usual
2. Click Reset Password
3. Enter your email address (this needs to be the email associated with your account)
4. A unique reset link will then be sent to your associated email address
5. Follow this link and then enter a new password
6. You will be redirected to the main login page, where you can login as normal
Reset your Password via Local Administrator
Each base has a local administrator. Should you lose access to your account they will be able to reactivate it for you, including resetting your password.
