Adding a new Complaint or Injury


1. To add a new complaint, click the complaints tab from within the patient screen



2. Click "+ Add" to reveal the complaint / injury popup menu



3. Select the anatomical area, complaint type, and enter any complaint details. Click "+ Add Complaint" to add this to the patient record. The complaint or injury will now appear in the complaints tab.



4. The number in brackets shown in the complaints tab indicates the number of records which are shown within this tab. Here, "Complaints (1)" indicates the patient has had one complaint recorded on their record.
